The Free Aero RC Kit Bib Shorts are a customisable version of our best race shorts, built for exceptional comfort and freedom. Based around our pro-level seat pad, they're made for long-distance riding at speed, with supportive material and all non-essential features removed.
These shorts have been steadily improved until, fifteen years on from their original format, leg endings that can stay put without grips have resulted from 28 prototypes and lots of testing.
Other improvements have included a reduction in seams, through the use of five panels instead of 10, making the seat pad even softer and keeping the airy mesh bib straps flat, without bulk, by adding a reinforced yoke.
Made for added stretch and compression through lighter material on the inner leg, with a soft yet elastic raw-cut waistband, these shorts are a favourite with the pros because they do everything well.
